The Opportunity We are seeking experienced Project Managers who are interested in growing their career in Business and Project Services Consulting. As a Terra Firma Business Consultant, you will benefit from working with a variety of our valued clients across a broad range of industry sectors. You will work on long and short-term projects where your project management and stakeholder engagement skills will be showcased. Reporting to the Consulting Capability Executive, you will be provided with ongoing leadership and support. A typical assignment with one of our clients may include: Developing and managing project and program business cases including gathering and defining high level requirements, plans, timelines, budgets Conducting project initiation/kick off/PI planning sessions Identifying, appointing and managing/reporting to project and program steering committees Managing stakeholder relationships across business, IT and vendors ensuring projects are moving forward Managing and reporting on project/product deliverables using client appropriate approach/methodology such as SAFe, SCRUM, Prince2, PMBoK or others as necessary Reporting and managing project and program risks, issues, mitigation and communications plans Developing detailed project, program plans including timelines, resourcing, budgets, forecasts, status reports etc Overseeing and ensuring project resources are delivering, and any issues are sorted and/or resolved Overseeing agile/scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, showcases, retros etc. Overseeing and managing cross-functional project and/or SCRUM delivery teams Conduct project closure and handover to business/support. Providing advice and recommendations to client stakeholders and senior management as required. The Ideal Candidate You will have 5 – 7 years of experience as a Project Manager with a variety of industry experience under your belt, ideally within Not for Profit, Government, Telco, Aged Care, Health or Education. Experience as a Delivery Lead or Scrum Master would also be highly regarded. You will have a mix of project approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall and relevant certifications such as SAFe, SCRUM, Prince2, PMBoK. You will be flexible to travel to client sites in the Melbourne metro area including the outer Western Suburbs.
