Salary packaging benefit up to $15,900 + $2,650 annually Career pathways , education and training opportunities Comprehensive Employee Assistance Program available 24/7 for our staff Not for profit, values-based organisation About the role: The Lifestyle Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of exceptional lifestyle services across all Residential Aged Care (RAC) sites in Victoria and Tasmania. Conduct annual lifestyle audits at all RAC sites across Victoria and Tasmania Instigate and conduct monthly LiveWell Advantage lifestyle program reports for all participating RAC sites in both Victoria and Tasmania Support the Director of Lifestyle Services in planning and delivering quarterly Lifestyle Collaborations across Victoria and Tasmania Support RAC sites with the recruitment and onboarding of staff and volunteers in collaboration with our sites and services Collaborate with the Director of Lifestyle Services to design and implement organisational initiatives as required This is a full time role working Monday - Friday. The successful applicant will need to be willing and able to undertake regular (weekly) local and interstate travel (monthly or as required). About you: You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.
