We are looking for Leading Hands In both our Light Vehicle Workshop and Heavy Vehicle workshop. Help lead a small team and drive productivity and work quality Assist Managers with day to day operations Provide knowledge to assist with diagnostic and troubleshooting Help Provide supervision ensuring safety and compliance Criteria 5 Years Post trade in either Heavy vehicle transport industry or light/commercial vehicle Industry. Experienced in diagnostics and Troubleshooting Excellent communication and leadership skills What We Offer Work for a local Family company Competitive remuneration package with performance-based incentives.
