We are looking for a Client Services Manager to assist our Litigation department in the day-to-day dealings with our clients. This role predominantly involves handling incoming enquiries from our existing and potential new clients, including clients from our referrers. You will be required to obtain relevant details of the client's enquiry and assist them initially before arranging an appointment with one of our lawyers. The role includes all issues relating to client services and the client experience with our firm. You will also assist the department manager in the day-to-day management and support of the litigation department, including paralegal tasks on client matters. Our team comprises experienced lawyers, graduates and paralegals who practice exclusively in this demanding and diverse area of law. We have developed a hard-won reputation for fighting hard for our clients and obtaining the best outcomes in our cases. You will become an integral member of this team and contribute to the overall intent of our firm. The Role As a Client Service Manager in our Litigation team, you will be assisting with client enquiries in matters that span various areas of litigation, including Commercial Litigation and Estate Litigation covering various state and federal jurisdictions. You will also deal with our referrers and help maintain our relationships with key personnel, as well as carry out paralegal support work. You will join a growing litigation department of 16 which includes Partners, Special Counsel, Senior Associates, Lawyers, Graduates and Paralegals. The role is an excellent opportunity to work closely with our clients and communicate with people. We are looking for a candidate with some client services/sales experience that is eager, compassionate, precise and has a good eye for detail when it comes to taking notes and data entry.
