Loan Accounts Officer - Collections Support Pay: Competitive Employment type: Full-Time Job Description Our customer is a leading financial services company dedicated to providing innovative and reliable Insurance Premium Funding solutions. They are looking for a dynamic individual to join their in-house Collections team, providing national support to our Insurance Premium Funding division. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and grow your career. You will also be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values your contribution and feedback. Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for inbound/outbound calls and emails. Communicate effectively with customers to maximize debt collection. Liaise with Brokers on client arrears and follow up on return premiums. Collaborate with Relationship Managers on Broker challenges. Identify and report adverse trends to the Loan Accounts Manager. Maintain arrears at 0.15% of the portfolio. Requirements: Relevant degree with good academic standing. Must have computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable. Ability to handle disputes and hardship inquiries. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Collaborative mindset with a diverse range of stakeholders. Organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Results-focused with a sense of urgency. Previous experience in the insurance industry is advantageous. Full working rights – Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident. Salary will be aligned to the level of experience and includes Superannuation. An annual Bonus at the end of each Financial Year (this is based on employees meeting KPIs). #J-18808-Ljbffr
