We are recruiting atalented LoanOfficer to join their growing team.With continued growth, the Credit & Loan Management team areexpanding, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property loans. This role will allow you to work across various facets of property lending and investment, supporting a wide range of commercial and residential projects, while providing valuable support to the Credit Team in assessing new opportunities.Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of loans from settlement through to full repayment. Work closely with the Credit team to ensure timely and accurate loan settlements. Oversee post-settlement conditions and manage loan maturities. Liaise with internal paralegals and third-party loan administrators to ensure smooth loan setup and processing. Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. Assist in preparing quarterly investor updates and financial reports. Identify and resolve any issues early, ensuring all processes are compliant with internal policies and industry standards. About You: 1-2 years’ experience in loan administration for commercial or residential mortgage loans. Solid understanding of commercial real estate, with knowledge across multiple asset classes being an advantage. Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, business, or a property-related discipline preferred. Advanced Excel skills and a strong aptitude for numeric analysis. Proven ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a focus on stakeholder management and influencing. Strong problem-solving mindset, with a continual improvement focus. Why Apply?
