JCW is partnering with a multi-billion dollar AUM Credit Union that's looking to expand their presence in the Hampton Roads metro market. In this role, you'd be sourcing Commercial deals $500K+ in size while stepping into a mentorship position for junior Loan Officers. Key Responsibilities Source and develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and existing connections. Collaborate with internal teams to expand existing relationships and acquire new clients. Mentor and support junior Commercial Loan Officers. Lead underwriting and approval processes for conventional and SBA loans, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines. Partner with Credit Analysts to prepare accurate credit memos and presentations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of commercial loan origination experience. Experience in underwriting and credit analysis of commercial loans. Proven ability to cross-sell financial products.
