Case Manager - Housing and Homelessness Provide person-centred, strengths-based support to young people and their families. Help youth develop life skills, engage in education or employment, and build positive relationships. Facilitate access to support networks and services to improve well-being. Collaborate with local stakeholders and maintain compliance with program goals. About You: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field. Experience working with at-risk youth, vulnerable populations with complex needs. Skilled in case management, advocacy, and holistic service delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Blue Card, current driver's licence, and relevant probity checks are required.
