Job Description
The Role We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor. You will direct and control the inbound and outbound flow of materials to our client site in Kwinana. The Logistics Supervisor will need to lead the warehouse function, including direct supervision of dispatch operators and any additional contractors required to fulfill the function. Main Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Oversee operations by managing daily warehouse and logistic activities, management of all storage, traffic and movements on site, and maintain OTIF as per regional requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. You will need to manage requirements for segregation and compliance with Dangerous Goods storage and handling. Lead operations to meet or exceed departmental standards. Day-to-day supervision of a small warehouse team while building a positive team environment with proper training and support.
