About the Role Reporting into the General Manager of Supply Chain, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Logistics Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing storage processes, coordinating with mechanical assembly teams, and ensuring the efficient distribution of goods. Your duties will include: Monitoring and optimising inventory levels to meet project requirements. Managing all inbound pre-assembled items and outbound freight. Ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency in execution. Maintaining delivery schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction. Proactively addressing any risks related to non-delivery, delays, or damages. Key Responsibilities Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer experience to achieve business objectives. Liaise and negotiate with logistics providers for local and international freight, ensuring competitive costs and efficient movements. Organise warehouse activities, inventory management and assist in route planning, and oversee the processing of shipments. Implement inventory control measures to ensure optimal stock levels, reduce waste, and support seamless project execution. Maintain and nurture relationships with key customers. Maintain metrics, analyse performance data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Supervise, coach, and train logistics employees to foster a productive and skilled team. About You The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management and a passion for optimising workflows. Diploma of Logistics or Degree in Supply Chain Management preferred. Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager. Proficiency in ERP systems; particularly NetSuite would be preferred. Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
