To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Optimisation Manager to join our successful team. You will be required to review warehouse performance data and work closely with site teams and external stakeholders to uncover areas for improvement. Assist sites in executing and embedding changes to optimize operations. While the main focus is on optimizing freight and warehousing efficiency at our 3 Queensland sites, it’s also essential to assist and share opportunities with our Regency Park and Wiri site as required. Responsibilities Work with Site Teams to pinpoint productivity opportunities and meet LD&T targets. Assist DC Managers, Front Line Managers and our sites in Queensland to implement operational improvements and drive efficiency. Oversee performance data analysis and reporting systems to uncover areas for change. Foster a lean warehousing culture and lead Performance Improvement Teams to share best practices and optimize processes. Advocate for operational change, prioritize health and safety, and support our Pep Positive and sustainability initiatives in Queensland logistics. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of FMCG supply chain functions and snack food processes, with familiarity in Lean principles and operations. Proven experience in process implementation, project management and change management with strong stakeholder influence and collaboration skills. Strong expertise in data collection and reporting. Proficient in achieving goals, analyzing business challenges, and developing solutions, with strong communication, influencing skills, and commercial acumen. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Science or a related discipline are desirable.
