The Role: We're looking for a proactive Logistics and Distribution Coordinator to manage the flow of materials into our facility and ensure our products reach our customers on time. You'll handle all inbound and outbound shipments, including goods receipt, pick, pack, and dispatch, as well as warehousing and inventory management. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both paperwork and the physical aspect of packing goods. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the transport and clearance of goods, ensuring timely import and export processes. Manage the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods in SAP, working closely with the Quality Team. Coordinate all outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries. Maintain inventory in both AsureQuality and third-party warehouses, ensuring proper stock counts and data integrity. Monitor freight expenses, review invoices, and manage any disputes or credits. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes with our Quality team and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Skills and Qualifications: Experience in logistics, warehousing, and inventory management, preferably in a similar industry. Proficient with SAP or similar inventory management systems. Understanding of import/export documentation, hazardous goods regulations, and customs compliance. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
