This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-end boutique in Pacific Fair by delivering world-class service and expertise to an elite clientele. A background in luxury Jewellery and Watches 'essential' Pacific Fair Location Bilingual is regarded highly, although not essential About the Role As a Luxury Sales Associate , you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience while achieving sales and performance targets . You will be responsible for: Sales Achievement - Exceed personal and store sales targets through expert product knowledge and engagement. Exceptional Customer Service - Deliver a personalised luxury experience to every client. Product Expertise - Demonstrate a deep understanding of fine jewellery and luxury timepieces , including craftsmanship, materials, and brands. Client Relationship Development - Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clientele. Professional Presentation - Represent the brand with elegance and sophistication. What We're Looking For Proven experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or high-end watches A strong sales background with a track record of exceeding targets Passion for luxury products and exceptional customer experiences Ability to engage with VIP clients and build long-term relationships Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding communication skills Bilingual skills are highly regarded but not essential Why Join Us?
