Our Great Dane Fitzroy Showroom is currently on the lookout for a dedicated sales consultant with a passion for design and client service. Based in our showroom, your primary task is to maximize sales across the Great Dane and Hästens product range through consistent client engagement, product knowledge, and exceptional service. This full-time position is for five days a week and will report to the Group Director. SELECTION CRITERIA Availability for weekend work is essential - ideal roster days Sat-Wed. Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience within a luxury retail environment. A lover of design and appreciator of quality focusing on maintaining a high level of product knowledge on leading Scandinavian designs. Strong work ethic with a passion to deliver an exceptional pre and post-sale customer experience. Manage client enquiries either by instore, in-home or virtual appointments. A passionate and authentic approach in generating sales, whilst maintaining a professional, self-motivated attitude towards achieving sales budgets and meeting set KPIs in all areas of the retail sector of the business. Clear and concise communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills within the team and with clients. Managing product support issues that may arise with the assistance of the Showroom Manager. Supporting and attending Great Dane’s instore event program. Good awareness of Industry trends. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Ensure company procedures and work practices are followed. Ability to effectively manage and process deposit payments and sales. Back of house maintenance and housekeeping. Supporting instore visual merchandising standards. Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
