We are looking for a Production Manager to lead the Manning Entertainment Centre production and technical operations. As a senior member of the Arts & Cultural Services team, you will provide frontline leadership to technical operations across the MEC Main Auditorium, Beryl Jane Flett Studio and Podcasting Studio spaces. In this role, you’ll take centre stage to collaboratively drive the artistic vision of the Manning Entertainment Centre delivering on the MidCoast Cultural Strategy. What you'll bring Strong leadership abilities with track record in building a positive team culture Capacity to navigate the challenges of a dynamic and fast-paced environment Extensive theatre and production technical knowledge Experience in creative industries or performing arts administration What we offer? Salary: Commencing salary circa $91,800 to $100,980 p.a depending on skills and experience plus superannuation. A vehicle arrangement will be made with the successful candidate for this role. Council will provide you with a leaseback vehicle for an annual fee calculated as 20% of the gross purchase price. This is a fully maintained vehicle for both business and full private use with no additional expenses in normal use. Location: This position will be based at the Manning Entertainment Centre, 33 Manning River Drive, Taree. Tenure: Permanent, Full Time 35hrs.
