Job Description

Our client delivers a range of ground engineering solutions including ground anchoring, slope stabilisation, shotcrete, architectural shotcrete and simulated rock, retention & foundation piling. They are looking for experienced MR/HR truck drivers to assist them in the upcoming projects, in their busy yard and all throughout Brisbane! What your new job looks like: Driving MR manual trucks to various client sites. Some manual labouring tasks - lifting, carrying etc. Loading/unloading materials and machinery equipment. Carting materials/equipment to various sites. Use of straps and chains. Operating forklift. Operating loading crane. Communicating effectively with your supervisors. Ongoing assistance, guidance and support. What we'll need from you: MR or HR license - manual license. High risk LF license. White card. CV - Vehicle Loading Crane license. Knowledge utilising chains, straps and other tie down methods. Experience hauling heavy industrial type equipment and machinery. Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively - ask if you are unsure! Punctuality and keenness for the job. What's on offer: Above Award Casual Rates - negotiable. Overtime penalties. 8-10 hour per day - potential to increase. Monday to Friday - some weekend work may be required. Daily travel allowance. Opportunity for full time after 6 months. Interested?
