Maintenance Fitter - $75 p/h - Bulletproof FMCG business - Nightshift (BB-007737) Location: Laverton, AustraliaSector: FMCGSalary: $75.00 to $75.50 per hourBenefits: Market Leading Hourly Rates The Role - Maintenance Fitter Nightshift The Company - Bulletproof FMCG business with an incredible name in the market. The Rate - $75.50 (inclusive of 30% loading) The Hours - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7pm-7am (then weekend overtime and extra hours during the week). This shift will start on Sunday evening. Overtime - This is an absolute cash cow of a role. Beside the 36-hour week you are contracted to, anything over that is double-time. We need all the help we can get. Weekend work and extra days during the week. This is an incredibly busy business! Candidate - You need to have an Australian Fitter qualification and have full working rights in Australia. About the Company We are looking for a Nightshift Maintenance Fitter to join our extremely efficient Maintenance team, which is notoriously known for a leading culture within the FMCG industry. This is the business you will want to join to excel in your career, as you will be joining a powerhouse within the industry. The maintenance team does not leave the business; they have been there for 20+ years, and there is no micromanagement. About the Role and Responsibilities The key focus of this nightshift role is someone who is experienced with startup. You will be coming in on Sunday evening at 7pm, responsible for getting startup done correctly for when production is ready to run assembly. You will be doing breakdown and preventative maintenance and must be a self-motivated character.
