Maintenance Manager Full time permanent position commencing 28 April 2025 Applicants must: hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check Proven grounds and maintenance management experience (experience within an educational environment desirable) High-level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate and work with key stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, staff, students, parents and visitors Working knowledge of NSW Building Codes and Regulations, Australian Standards, security, and WH&S legislation, and the capacity to apply this in the workplace Ability to lead a team and ensure their optimum engagement and safety at work Demonstrated experience in the supervision of building works, capital projects and contractor management Intermediate computer skills, including computerised maintenance management systems High-level initiative and flexibility, with the ability to respond to and prioritise the changing demands and tasks in the position. Requirements of the Role: Physical fitness is essential, as the role requires physical labour. Current Light Rigid (LR) NSW Drivers Licence is essential.
