Some of the ways you’ll make a difference: Maintain a safe and attractive living environment to suit the needs of the residents Identify and prioritise resident needs to create a more home-like environment Assist the Manager - Property in the selection of tradespeople to undertake specific tasks Maintain a planned preventative program along with ensuring documentation requirements are met Attend to the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utilities in line with the schedule To help you achieve this, ideally, you’ll have: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a trade Experience in identifying standards as they relate to the provision of building maintenance A customer service focus with the ability to provide solutions Electronic Maintenance Management system experience A commitment to continuous improvement that enhances resident lives Why work with us?
