Job Description As the Maintenance Specialist, you are qualified and licensed to operate safely in at least two of the principal engineering disciplines – mechanical, electrical or instrumentation and control. The Maintenance Specialist supports the daily plant operations, ensuring all quality, safety and service metrics are maintained. This is a hands-on role that oversees the maintenance of all equipment onsite while ensuring the preventative maintenance plan is kept on schedule. You are focused on safety, quality, and attentive to the environmental and standard operating procedures in place. The role is actively involved with setting the maintenance strategy and continuously improving the machine reliability in the area assigned. Qualifications As a Campos Maintenance Specialist, you’ll seriously care about doing a great job. You’ll love contributing to the team and the company, and you’re passionate about providing an outstanding service.For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience: You hold experience with repairs, breakdowns, servicing, and preventive maintenance activities. Previous maintenance experience within a FMCG environment and world-class manufacturing. Able to perform AUTOCAD and SolidWorks design work. Experience within a project management team with an awareness of project management tools and techniques. You are physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting. A respectful team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You hold valid Australian working rights. Additional Information What’s in it for you?
