About the role The Maintenance Supervisor is a Full-time position, based at Wantirna South, Victoria . Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager , you'll be supervising the maintenance department including planning, developing, and improving all aspects of the site maintenance requirements. In this role you will: Maintain safe systems of work in the workplace. Supervise the maintenance team; Mechanical Fitters and Electricians. Oversee the daily maintenance plan, ensuring completion of work orders to allowed budget and resources. Allocation of resources for planned work and breakdowns. Conduct inspections of plant to identify areas of improvement and safe practices. Work closely with operations team to deliver production goals. Maintain spare parts inventory, reviewing and following up on parts to ensure planned repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently. Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to improve current processes, safety, and operational standards. Assist with any mechanical breakdown and service required within the plant. Your hours will be Monday to Friday. To be successful, you will need to have a Mechanical qualification or similar. What is on offer We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
