Assetlink supports businesses to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care and mining sectors. A position has become available for an experienced Maintenance Team Member with proven experience within the facilities field. This position will be based at Erina Fair Shopping Centre. The roster is Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. The overall functions of this role are: General handy-person and trade duties Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work Maintaining the presentation of the centre to a high standard Providing excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients Flexible approach to work with occasional night shift work To succeed in this role you will need: Previous experience within maintenance/handyman Versatile handy-person skills Ability to use power tools, forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable Basic plumbing skills Physically capable of moving equipment Ability to be part of a team Be self-motivated and responsible Liaise with customers as required Trade qualification is helpful What we offer you: Reward and recognition incentives Ongoing training and development A safe and supportive working environment Career development A family-oriented culture Free uniform If you are highly motivated and enthusiastic with a commitment to providing excellent service and would like to be part of a key onsite team, then please submit your cover letter and resume by clicking the 'Apply ' button.
