About the Role As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating servicing jobs from start to finish. This includes planning, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance. If a servicing job transitions into a Refurbishment and Repair (RAR) sale, you will also project manage the new sale. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage invoicing, and ensure accurate cost coding. Scheduling: Develop and maintain job schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved. Quality Assurance: Oversee quality management processes, drive continuous improvement, and manage NCRs. Work Health and Safety: Implement safety plans, lead safety investigations, and conduct site inspections. Reporting and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates. What We’re Looking For Degree-qualified or at least 2 years of experience in construction supervision/coordination within design/manufacture/construct sectors. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Projects, Procore). Strong knowledge of technical drawings and tank installation techniques (preferred). Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, safety-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. What We Offer A supportive, collaborative team environment.
