What the role looks like In this role, you will be reporting to the General Manager Technology Operations and be a key contributor in the following areas: Acting as the first point of call for Change Management queries, including driving education and awareness across Technology and the business to ensure adoption and alignment. Acting as the first point of call for Major Incident Management, including driving education and awareness across Technology and the business to ensure adoption. Documenting and ensuring availability of key process artefacts to enable access, scalability and compliance of all relevant Technology staff, our business and key vendor partners. Driving implementation of processes and technology to proactively identify potential Major incidents, prevent recurrence and reducing recovery times. Analysing trends and evaluating feedback to uplift and continuously improve the Change, Incident and Major Incident processes and performance. Ensuring clear and timely communication to key stakeholders during major incidents, including escalation pathways and progress updates. Ensuring all governance and risk activities related to ITSM processes are delivered. Reducing reoccurring incidents through proactive problem management and effective post incident reviews of failed changes and major incidents. Ensuring Disaster recovery is considered in all actions to ensure Production and DR environments are kept aligned through Technology change. Who Are We Looking For? We’re on the lookout for passionate individuals who embody our values. If you have the following, we want to hear from you: Extensive experience in ITSM Process Analyst or Management roles. ITIL industry certifications above Foundation level. Experience implementing core ITSM processes from scratch and or through merger transitions. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams during high-pressure situations. Strong documentation skills (policy & process). Experience in technical support roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with agile practices and in a collaborative environment. Strong trend and problem analysis skills. What’s in It for You?
