Save job Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive continuous process change and improvements, focusing on labour costing and management across various business groups. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop and manage overhead models, provide commercial advice, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. What you'll do: As a Management Accountant Labour Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving financial success across both operational expenses (Opex) and Capital. Your excellent analytical skills will be put to use as you undertake detailed labour and contract labour analysis for key stakeholders. You will also contribute to the development of business units' financial plans, focusing on labour costs. Your ability to build strong relationships will be essential as you work closely with Managers and Senior Managers across the broader business. Provide accurate financial reporting and strong financial management of overheads and related labour costing Assist with the development of business units’ financial plans focusing on labour and contract labour Undertake detailed and accurate labour and contract labour analysis for key stakeholders Deliver monthly financial and non-financial key performance reports Develop models that deliver customer requirements and provide greater transparency of Business groups operations with respect to Labour and contract labour Critically review labour management, labour reporting processes and systems to align with business plans and strategies What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Management Accountant Labour Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in capital accounting, along with extensive knowledge of infrastructure assets. You are degree qualified in accounting or business (or have equivalent experience), and hold a CA or CPA qualification. Your advanced skills in Microsoft Excel will be invaluable in this role, as will your demonstrated success in business partnering and relationship building.
