Manager – Mining Technical Services (BH-8845) Location: Perth, AustraliaSector: OtherSalary: Competitive remuneration package Opportunity knocks for an experienced Technical Services Manager to work on a landmark APAC 'mega project' at the greenfield stage. Offering the rare opportunity to be involved at construction and have a hand in the shaping of all Technical Services provision for operational readiness; and thereafter the operational running of a large department that you will hire. Working on an expat FIFO basis from any reasonable global point of hire. I am particularly interested to hear from experienced Technical Services Managers with large, hard rock, open pit environment experience of significant tonnage in the 'tens of' millions per annum. I am also particularly interested to hear from those who have come into Technical Services from a strong Mine Engineering background. While you will devise all Technical Services processes, procedures, and departments, a hands-on understanding of Mine Planning will be required at this stage of the project. It would be advantageous for the successful candidate to have experience working with an owner/contractor management model, as opposed to owner/operator; however, this point is not essential.
