Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with Marketing, Content, Finance, and Partnerships teams to support their day-to-day business needs. This includes designing and automating analytical solutions, ad-hoc reporting, and delivering deep-dive analyses. Partnering with central technology teams and data engineers to develop and maintain solutions for tracking key performance metrics across the streaming business. Working closely with the central analytics team to contribute to consumer behavior modeling, predictive analysis, A/B testing, and other data-driven projects tailored to the Australian streaming market and the broader international organization. Driving innovation by strengthening our internal data science capabilities through new technology, training, and development initiatives. Ensuring compliance with Paramount's Global Business Conduct Statement (BCS), internal policies, and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. What are we looking for in this Manager Analytics role? Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (preferably Tableau). Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis methodologies. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to adapt and meet deadlines. Bonus points for: Domain knowledge in the media/streaming sector.
