Manager CFO Advisory & Outsourced Finance Are you a results-driven financial leader with expertise in managing advisory services? Prime Financial Group is looking for an experienced Manager – CFO Advisory & Outsourced Finance to lead a team delivering premier outsourced financial services to our diverse client base. In this key role, you will be responsible for client satisfaction, operational excellence, and service expansion within our growing Virtual CFO division. Key Responsibilities Guide a skilled finance team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on exceptional client service Ensure accuracy in client financials, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow, while meeting regulatory standards Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for informed business planning and decision-making Implement and maintain compliance frameworks, optimizing operational processes Build and nurture client partnerships to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business Create and refine financial models, providing clients with strategic insights Actively engage clients to expand service offerings and meet revenue goals, aligning with company growth objectives Partner with Directors and Partners to integrate CFO Advisory and Outsourced Finance services into broader company strategy and cross-divisional initiatives Experience & Knowledge: CA or CPA certification with 5+ years of experience in financial advisory services, accounting, or management accounting Proficient in preparing financial reports, budgets, and financial models Familiarity with Div 7A, CGT, FBT, and experience in cloud-based accounting solutions, particularly Xero Demonstrated ability to inspire, lead, and manage a team, and strong communication skills for engaging clients and senior leaders Experience in building and sustaining client relationships, offering tailored advisory solutions, and managing complex financial needs About us Prime is a market-leading advice, capital and asset management group with 170 team members around the globe.
