In this role, you'll: Manage and lead the Common Operating Model (COM) Improvement team in delivering measurable business improvement initiatives focused on transitioning user capability to a mature state for all Asset Systems. Enable improvement in execution of business process and system efficiencies through consistency in use and continual minor enhancement to optimise decision making, reduce overall costs in maintaining assets and improve end user experience. Work closely with business stakeholders to plan, prioritise, and resource business improvement initiatives that are focused on increased adoption of the EMD Common Operating Model (COM) and improved benefit outcomes. Ensure business processes align to the Common Operating Model and its process hierarchy and conventions. Understand relationships between components of complex processes and the impact of changes on the business. Effectively communicate complex processes to the wider business, process owners, technical teams, and process SMEs. Minimum Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or equivalent experience. Experience in major business system implementation in an operational environment involving complex business processes such as Enterprise Asset Management / ERP systems using ARIS or equivalent process modelling toolset. Demonstrated experience in business consulting on business improvement and/or transformation change focused on increased business optimisation, resource utilisation and reducing business cost. Demonstrated advanced experience in managing and engaging stakeholders at a senior level, conducting workshops, mapping as-is processes and defining and gaining business endorsement for to-be processes. Knowledge of the ARIS toolset or willingness to learn to advanced capability. Who we are: Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
