Exciting, fixed term temporary full-time position to lead the implementation of the change program for the statewide mental health, alcohol & other drugs Digital Transformation Program. Job details Position status: Fixed Term Temporary Position type: Flexible full-time Occupational group: Management Classification: AO8 Workplace Location: Queensland Job ad reference: QLD/CEQ/609305 Closing date: 05-Feb-2025 Yearly salary: $5784.20 - $6120.40 (Fortnightly) Job duration: Fixed term temporary full time up to June 2025 The purpose of the Manager, Change, Engagement & Communications role is to lead the implementation of the change program for the statewide mental health, alcohol & other drugs Digital Transformation Program. Working with the existing tested program change and engagement framework, the role will be required to lead and manage the implementation of the change, engagement, and communication frameworks, lead the development of detailed plans, and manage the team of change and clinical specialists that will be involved in supporting the delivery across Queensland Health. You will establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition, including the ability to influence key stakeholders in an environment of change to help shape the implementation of the MHAOD Clinical Information System and MHAOD data within the Queensland Health Data Lakehouse. The successful person: Proven success and high-level experience in transformational change management and leadership, including enabling of benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training within a large, complex statewide program/project environment. Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies, tools, and artefacts in a large-scale complex program/project environment. Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition, including the ability to influence key stakeholders in an environment of change. Advanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, consultation and collaboration with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders, on complex and strategic issues. Demonstrated capability in change planning, analysis, interventions, resistance management, conceptualisation and problem-solving, and management of multiple deliverables within agreed priorities, timeframes, and accountabilities. Experience with large scale project or change implementations would be highly regarded.
