Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) Executive services are looking for a Manager Clinical Trials Governance to join their team. The Manager Clinical Trials provides oversight, coordination and support to all clinical trials across all specialties conducted at the PAH. The role will lead initiatives to ensure the sustainable growth of clinical trials at the PAH, including delivery of training and support, building strategic partnerships, and fostering a strong research culture. About the Role The role will provide a single point operational accountability for all aspects of the clinical trials conducted at the PAH and ensure processes are in place to continuously meet accreditation requirements under the National Clinical Trials Governance Framework (NCTGF). Ensure the PAH has streamlined and harmonised processes for clinical trial and Teletrial start-up, including but not limited to feasibility, site selection visits, ethics applications, budget and contract negotiation, supervision planning, intellectual property logistics and management negotiation, study costing analysis, service group support applications and regulatory governance applications. Develop and enhance processes to optimise clinical trial conduct, particularly in the Clinical Research Facility and with the Translational Trials team on Level 5 PAH R Wing PAH.
