Job Category: Community Services and Development About Us Novita provides early intervention, rehabilitation, therapy, assistive technology and disability services to more than 5,000 people living with disability, as well as support for their families and carers. Our primary purpose is to enable kids, young people and adults living with disability and their families to participate in the community to their full potential. Job Description The Manager Community Programs is responsible for service delivery, operations and outcomes for a portfolio of existing and emerging Community Programs in our hubs and community more broadly in metropolitan Adelaide and for business growth and program development in line with customer needs. Desired Skills and Experience Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to lead teams to achieve outcomes, you will manage your own work schedule and projects, and work to tight deadlines. Your ability to grow a program or business, coupled with experience in controlling budgets, resources and governance processes will see you succeed in this role. Skills and attributes you will bring to the role include: Tertiary qualifications in disability, health, human services or similar field Demonstrated experience in managing and achieving client service outcomes and business growth working within the Human Services’ sector Strong interpersonal skills and a preparedness to work collaboratively with both internal and external staff, clients and stakeholders Experience with managing and monitoring financial outcomes Demonstrated drive, passion and commitment. Remuneration Package and Benefits You’ll receive a salary commensurate with the experience you bring to the role. A fully maintained fleet vehicle is available for work and personal use. Additionally, you can salary package up to $15,900 per annum, decreasing your taxable income and increasing your take-home pay. Further salary-packaging benefits are available, including meal and entertainment expenses, accommodation and venue hire, novated vehicle leasing, and additional superannuation contributions.
