This is a Department built entirely for children and young people and their communities. Our ultimate goal is to work together to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well and learning. The child is at the centre of everything we do and the way we do it. Duties To provide strategic direction and leadership of a high-level service team, responsible for providing strategic and specialist advice to senior officers and managers throughout the Agency on a range of issues surrounding the management and resolution of complaints. Period of Appointment Ongoing - ASAP Start Date Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1. Hours per fortnight 73.5 hours per fortnight Minimum Requirements Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment) Tertiary qualifications in Law, Complaints Management or a related field.
