You’ll be at the forefront of dispute resolution, ensuring both internal and external complaints are handled with precision, compliance, and care. This fixed term opportunity covering parental leave is your chance to lead meaningful change, driving a group-wide approach to complaint management that enhances customer satisfaction and operational excellence. What You’ll Do: Own the complaint resolution framework, driving compliance, risk mitigation, and best-practice processes. Engage with internal teams, customers, and industry bodies to influence strategic resolutions. Analyse, identify, and act on root causes to reduce repeat and avoidable complaints. Lead transformation projects to elevate our complaints management capabilities. What You Bring: 5–10 years of leadership experience in banking and finance. Deep knowledge of customer complaints functions, industry regulations, and risk management. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive systemic change.
