Location: Fremantle and Rottnest Island (commuting), Western Australia The Manager Corporate Advisory is responsible for overseeing the Corporate Advisory team. The team includes functions for risk management (including visitor risk), policy and governance, work, health and safety, business process improvement, insurance, and facilities management. This role leads the provision of high-quality customer-focused corporate services in the areas of responsibility across the Rottnest Island Authority (RIA). In this role, you will be Leading Leaders to help drive positive change. The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement. Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience in oversight and management of the delivery of organisational outcomes within corporate services, including Risk Management, WHS, Corporate Policy Management, Governance, Insurance, and Facilities management. Extensive experience in management of an internal audit function and demonstrated contract management capabilities. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and a demonstrated customer-focused service ethos. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience with the ability to prioritise competing priorities and ensuring the timely delivery of outcomes. Highly developed level of written and verbal communications skills. Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, business or equivalent experience.
