As Manager, Digital Content and Governance , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence, ensuring our website content is aligned and optimised to support the Airline’s broader channel, content and digital KPIs. You will be supervising a team of Digital Producers, helping to manage stakeholder conversations, mentoring and providing advice on content recommendations, and ensuring our digital content best practices and ways of working are followed. Working alongside your manager, SMEs (e.g SEO and Accessibility), Digital Product teams, and Platform team, you’ll also help roll out the strategic roadmap for the new CMS platform for qantas.com, providing support for our end users, encouraging adoption of the new tools and workflows, and ensuring documentation is ready to support new feature releases. You’ll have – 5+ years of experience working in digital content at a large enterprise. Experience supporting multiple countries/languages is a plus Strong hands-on experience and technical acumen on an enterprise CMS - AEM highly preferable Strong understanding of and ability to speak to digital content best practices, including content design principles, SEO/Accessibility, the role of UX copywriting, etc Experience with agile ways of working, knowing how to prioritise and/or adjust your approach to support business needs Positive attitude and resilience when navigating change Sound experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to meet deadlines in collaborative settings Management skills including training or mentoring a team Exceptional client service and stakeholder management skills Ability to communicate with, and manage numerous internal stakeholders at one time Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strategic thinking, logical and analytical problem solver Keen interest in digital marketing trends, best practice and innovation Why Qantas?
