Job Description

Your Role As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll lead a team of People Systems specialists and enable the successful delivery of the Group People Systems Strategy through the management of systems, upgrades, initiatives, data integrity, and development of audit processes. You’ll collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and compliant business systems and processes are in place. This is a 12-month maximum term contract role, and we welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Sydney) . About You 3+ years of experience managing people systems, preferably HRIS, payroll, and service management capabilities. Proven experience in implementing technology solutions on time and within budget. Demonstrated ability to manage risk and data security, ensuring business continuity of HRIS systems. Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve system issues. Deep working knowledge of Success Factors. Strong understanding of position management and relevant processes.
