About the Opportunity As the Manager, Ethics and Integrity, you will be responsible for overseeing ethics, misconduct investigations, and compliance across CHHHS. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining public trust by upholding ethical standards and ensuring legislative compliance, including adherence to the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 and Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010. In this role, you will manage and assess complex complaints related to misconduct, corruption, and whistleblower disclosures, leading investigations while ensuring confidentiality and reporting findings to the Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC). You will provide expert advice to senior leaders on ethical governance and compliance matters, supporting informed decision-making at all levels. Additionally, you will develop and deliver education and training on ethics, integrity, and conflict of interest policies to enhance organisational awareness. A key aspect of this role will be driving a proactive culture of integrity, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and fostering a workplace committed to ethical leadership and accountability. About You We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in investigations, compliance, and governance within a regulated environment. You have expertise in managing ethical misconduct cases, applying relevant legislation, and working collaboratively with stakeholders. Strong knowledge of public sector governance, including CCC and PID legislation Experience conducting complex workplace investigations and reporting findings to regulatory bodies Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders High-level discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage sensitive, high-risk cases A proactive and strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement in integrity and ethics Join Us This is a unique opportunity to lead ethics and integrity within a respected healthcare organisation.
