Your New Role The Manager, Faculty & Division Finance, a key leadership role, partners with University Executives and Academic Leaders to deliver high-quality financial advisory services, supporting business planning, budget preparation, performance monitoring, and project accounting. This role fosters a culture of innovation, service, and collaboration, ensuring alignment with University strategy and driving continuous improvement towards best practices. What You'll Need to Succeed Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of senior professional staff. In-depth knowledge of financial and management accounting practices and processes. Extensive experience in delivering high-quality financial and management accounting services. Proven ability to effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders in a large, complex organisation. Strong commitment to a customer service culture and financial decision-making through business partnering. Capability to handle sensitive matters at a senior level. Expertise in researching and preparing comprehensive reports and analyses. Exceptional planning and coordination skills in a high-pressure environment. Ability to maintain productive working relationships across various levels. Advocacy and commitment towards organisational values. CPA or CA qualification and/or extensive relevant experience.
