Plan and manage project activities in line with Queensland Police Service and Whole of Government best practice and standards. Provide high level strategic direction and leadership in the analysis, design, development and implementation of a project and related business strategies and organisational change. Provide regular project progress status and financial reports to Management and Clients and prepare, review and present project reports, briefing notes, submissions, and other correspondence. Lead high level project environment and resources to ensure the successful implementation of deliverables for the FFS. Establish and maintain collaborative and effective internal and external partnerships to ensure compliance with business governance processes for organisational change, capacity, and configuration management. Provide guidance to project stakeholders to facilitate informed business decisions that improve business processes and meet changing and challenging business needs. Represent the program or project team in a variety of forums relating to FSS projects. Foster an environment of continuous improvement and lead the implementation of operational efficiency strategies. Role Requirements Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience Highly Desirable Accreditation in relevant Project / Program Methodology. Previous experience in large and complex ICT programs and projects.
