This is a Department built entirely for children and young people and their communities. Duties To provide direction and leadership for HR Strategic Projects and Policy functions and ensure that there are effective governance and management structures in place to enable the Department to achieve its goals in these areas, including providing specialist advice to the Executive and management in relation to strategic and operational issues.
