About You These roles are for responsive Learning and Development (L&D) leaders who possess the skills, experience and knowledge to lead a team to deliver excellent learning and development outcomes. You are also a L&D practitioner who possesses leadership behaviours and associated mindsets expected in the public sector to bring about positive change.
