Roster: Monday to Friday Step into a pivotal role as the Manager of Integrated Planning and Analytics at Fortescue where your strategic vision, analytical expertise and collaborative working style will support our operations in achieving success. In this influential leadership position, you will oversee the value chain planning and analytics functions, crafting and refining production plans, forecasts, and strategic models that align with Fortescue’s ambitious sustainability targets including our 2030 Real Zero vision. Moreover, you will mentor and develop your team, enhancing their capabilities in planning, modelling and analytics to foster data-driven decisions and develop production pathways that optimise our system throughput and minimize environmental impact. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution and iteration of two-year production plans and budgets for the Pilbara value chain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and values. Analyse and optimize the end-to-end value chain for efficiency, value maximization, and continuous improvement, and build assessments into planning options. Develop and communicate evidence-based business cases to support strategic decisions and secure stakeholder buy-in. Enhance planning systems, tools, and processes to drive productivity and focus on key uplift areas. Collaborate with Asset Management and Site teams to optimize shutdown plans and improve overall system performance. Manage and model production and capacity data to track performance and inform decision-making. Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive optimal value chain outcomes. Qualifications and Experience Demonstrated experience in a manager-level role, leading transformative teams. Extensive experience in value chain, supply chain, and systems thinking. Strong adaptive leadership, with the ability to mentor and navigate cross-functional interfaces. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Passionate about driving continuous improvement and solving complex challenges collaboratively with an open mind. Background in mathematics, science, engineering, or technology.
