Job Description As a Manager - Marketing Recruitment, you will be part of the Michael Page Victoria Operations team and lead a team of temporary and permanent Recruitment Consultants. You will report to the Associate Director. The role will collaborate closely with the broader leadership team across the state to drive performance, cultivate talent and expand our footprint in Victoria. Responsibilities: Coach and develop the team who cover multiple markets and specialisms within Marketing, leveraging your core skill set to drive excellence and innovation. Develop and execute strategies to grow your business and enhance its market presence. Mentor and coach emerging leaders, nurturing a pipeline of talent and fostering a growth mindset. Actively engage with customers, host events and contribute to revenue generation through referred and personal billings. Demonstrate Michael Page's core values in all aspects of the role. The Successful Applicant Experienced recruiter and people leader within the agency recruitment industry. Network of Marketing Professionals in Melbourne and strong track record of recruiting mid-senior marketing roles. Track record of developing high performing recruiters.
