You will sit on the Infrastructure Directorate's management team and Council's Senior Management Team, contributing to the preparation and or review of the Council and strategic plans.You Will Enjoy leading and working with a large team, role-modelling Council's values and driving a values-driven culture. Assess & monitor resourcing requirements to effectively carry out municipal works within budget and conduct service reviews as required. Support Council's emergency management responsibilities by assisting emergency preparedness & response and undertaking Municipal Emergency Management Officer (MEMO) responsibilities as required. About The Role The primary objective of this role is to manage the operations and maintenance of Council's municipal assets (including parks, reserves, trees and natural environment, roads, bridges, pathways, trails & drainage). This includes all aspects of people management for the associated teams.Employment type/hours: Permanent Full Time - 38 hours per week and reasonable additional hours as required.
