The Role – Your Front-Row Seat to Scaling a Business As Manager Operations Improvement and Analysis, you’ll be the closest thought partner to our General Manager of Victoria , working across sales, pricing, operations, cost management, and digital strategy. You’ll be at the center of the action – from high-level strategic brainstorming to real-time execution on the ground. We don’t believe in months of deliberation. What We’re Looking For Owner’s Mindset – You take initiative, move fast, and care deeply about results.Top-Tier Problem Solver – 2-4 years in MBB, PIP, A&M, Strategy& or similar consulting backgrounds , ideally with experience in operational improvements. Data-Driven & Analytical – Strong Excel modeling, data analysis, and storytelling through PowerPoint.Execution Machine – You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects while staying laser-focused on outcomes.Adaptable & Curious – You love tackling ambiguous challenges and can navigate through uncertainty with confidence.People-Centric Communicator – Strong ability to engage, influence, and collaborate across all levels of the business.
