Due to internal movement, this newly created role will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the HR Services function. What You Will Be Doing Your key responsibilities will include: Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the HR Services team. Ensure team members have clear goals, responsibilities, and performance expectations. Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence. Manage workload distribution and team resources to meet service delivery objectives. Position description development and approval workflows and advertisement of roles. Coordination of candidate shortlisting, screening, and interview administration. Ensuring credentialing and onboarding processes are completed. Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees, including the delivery of offer letters, new start packs, and induction programs. Provide guidance to employees on employment-related matters, such as leave entitlements and enterprise agreement interpretation. HRIS (SuccessFactors) and data management. Compliance and policy development. Offboarding and workforce transition. Process improvement and project support. What Type of Person Will Be Successful These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess: Relevant Human Resources Management Certificate or Degree. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. To be successful, this role will require integrity, initiative, and high work standards. Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs of the business and to prioritize. Ability to build partnerships and demonstrate teamwork. Effective follow-up processes/self-management. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. High level of discretion and confidentiality due to knowledge of sensitive information.
