It is anticipated that the revised salary range for Grade 5.2 will be $121,250 - $132,764. About the Role Our Finance, Risk & Payroll team is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement framework at the Parliament of Victoria. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will join a skilled team of professionals, with key responsibilities including: Developing, implementing, and maintaining organisational tender, purchasing, and contract management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Victorian Government legislation and frameworks. Providing authoritative, strategic, and operational advice and support to Executive and senior leaders on procurement-related matters. Overseeing the coordination of all required tender activity, including evaluation, selection, and implementation, ensuring compliance with procurement legislation and policies. Utilising strong research, analytical, and conceptual skills with advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI capability. About You We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively consult with Executive and senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence others with diplomacy, tact, and discretion while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. You will have prior experience in procurement and the ability to manage complex contracts and maintain probity in tendering and contracts.
