The Retail Store Manager will report to the Retail Operations Manager. Their primary role is to maximise the store’s sales through exceptional team leadership, execution of the brands retail sales strategies, daily operations and implementation of the procedures and policies of Crocs AU. What You'll Do Establish high standards for performance and set clear expectations with the team Communicate and ensure compliance with all company policies and directives Achieve and exceed store financial projections and maximise revenue opportunities Track sales performance of store and work closely with the Retail Operations Manager to maximise sales opportunities Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills through compliance with operational directives and checklists Use labour management tools to schedule effectively and to maximise productivity, profitability and margins while adhering to all applicable federal, state and local laws governing store operations Deliver a high level of operational excellence including store appearance, loss prevention, cash handling, inventory control, visual merchandising and safety and security of people and assets. Training and developing team members to be pro-active and independent in achieving their KPI’s and implementing company policies and procedures Maintaining company Visual Merchandising guidelines, directives and standards Sales and related operational reporting (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Inventory and inventory systems management (receipting of stock deliveries) Provide relevant and effective feedback to all members of the Crocs AU team related to store performance, opportunities and team cohesion Recruitment of team members with the Retail Operations Manager Supervise team members and provide specific and timely feedback through daily coaching and corrective action to improve employee and store performance Assess and develop talent within the team for future growth potential & opportunities What You'll Bring to the Table Min 3 years specialty retail store manager experience, footwear preferred but not essential. Job Requirements: Working knowledge of MS Office Possess good knowledge of customer service standards and footwear trends Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities Proven problem solving and organizational skills Result and sales oriented Confident, energetic, resourceful and self-motivated Fun, vibrant and out-going personality that reflects the Crocs Values - absolutely passionate about Crocs Passion for people and the retail business The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
