Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated, passionate, proactive leader who has the ability to inspire a team and drive our Brighton store to success.To achieve this, you’ll provide inspirational leadership; team training and development; strong people management skills; commercial acumen, and a sound financial understanding of the business.IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED TO: Effectively manage store rosters – deliver budgeted wage percentages, and plan for fluctuations in trade and tasks Deliver and exceed sales budgets and growth expectations through business acumen Lead by example in customer service; ensuring all staff are engaged and fully trained to deliver above-and-beyond experiences Uphold Commonry’s visual standards and merchandise stock to maximise sales potential Recruit and induct new team members who share a passion for the brand and are a cultural fit. THE PERFECT FIT: Store management experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, with a minimum 5 years’ leadership experience The ability to motivate and mentor your team to success through strong, active leadership A passion for styling and an eye for detail to meet our visual merchandising standards Experience in large stock volumes and stock management Experience in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties A proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPI's and budgets High personal standards and outstanding customer service.
